The Bainbridge BassCats fishing team had teams compete in the Georgia Bass Nation State Championship on Clarks Hill Lake in Evans, Georgia, Florida Bass Nation State Championship on the Harris Chain of Lakes in Leesburg, Florida, one team that competed in the Student Angler Federation World Finals on Grand Lake in Grove, Oklahoma, and another team that will be competing in the Bassmaster High School National Championship, also on Clarks Hill Lake in Evans, Georgia. Congratulations to Brennan Enfinger and Connor Kennedy, Cole Henderson and Drake Walls, Mason Weaver and Bryson Logue, and John Wesley Alderman for their strong performances in the Florida Bass Nation State Championship. Also, congratulations to Tyler Godwin and Gunner Love for their awesome finish in the Georgia Bass Nation State Championship, as well as competing against 380 other teams in the World Finals in Oklahoma. Great job BassCats!

Kicking Off Camp Season with Energy and Dedication!
Today marked the first day of camp for our incredible Danceline and Colorguard, and what a fantastic start it was! These young ladies showed up with focus, determination, and unmatched spirit as they dove into a full day of learning. From brand-new choreography and precision footwork to challenging tosses and synchronized movement, they’re putting in the time and effort to make this season unforgettable.
Camp isn’t just about perfecting routines—it’s about building confidence, teamwork, and pride in every step. It’s amazing to watch these performers grow stronger, more connected, and more passionate with each practice. The energy is high, the progress is already impressive, and we’re just getting started!
We’re beyond proud of the commitment and enthusiasm these students are bringing to the field. We know their hard work is going to shine brightly under the Friday night lights, and we can’t wait to cheer them on every step of the way.

A Strong Start for Our New Marching Band Members
After just the first day of rehearsals, our new marching band members are already showing great enthusiasm and potential! They’ve begun learning the foundational skills like marching technique, horn angles, and basic drill movements. While there’s still a lot to take in, our dedicated student leaders have stepped up in a big way—offering guidance, encouragement, and one-on-one support to help everyone start off strong. It’s exciting to see new friendships forming and progress being made so quickly. We’re off to a great start, and this is only the beginning!

Bainbridge High School Head Baseball Coach Ryan Riles wrapped up his Future Bearcat Baseball Camp with a perfect mix of fundamentals and fun. Campers started the day with stretching and hitting drills, then cooled off with a game of wiffle ball in the sprinklers!
Coach Riles knows that the youth of today are the Bearcats of tomorrow, and his hands-on involvement ensures these young athletes are building skills, confidence, and Bearcat pride from the very beginning.
